Investment management, financial planning, and family office services, each tailored to your circumstances. The detail on fees, methods, and conflicts of interest is set out in the firm's Form ADV.
Ongoing investment management tailored to each client's objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs, and tax circumstances. For each client the firm prepares an investment policy statement or comparable profile that records these factors and guides the construction and ongoing management of the portfolio.
Discretionary management means that, after the client grants written authority in the advisory agreement, the firm may implement investment decisions in the account without seeking approval before each transaction, subject to any restrictions the client has imposed.
For clients who prefer to retain authority over their own transactions, the firm provides investment recommendations and consultation, and the client makes the final decision on whether and when each recommendation is implemented. These services may be provided on a periodic or project basis.
Financial planning offered as a distinct service. Depending on the engagement, this may address goal and cash-flow planning, investment and asset-allocation planning, retirement planning, education funding, and review of a client's existing portfolio.
Planning may be a standalone engagement or provided in connection with the firm's investment management services.
Wealth management that combines financial planning with the management of, and advice concerning, a client's broader financial affairs. For clients with more complex needs, including families and their related entities, the firm coordinates the range of services associated with a family office.
The specific services provided to each client are established in that client's advisory agreement.
Depending on the client's needs, the firm may coordinate the work of tax, legal, financial, and other professionals, and may engage them to support the services the firm provides. The terms of these arrangements, and the considerations they raise, are described in the firm's Form ADV.
Each engagement is defined in the client's advisory agreement; not every service applies to every relationship. The firm's fees, investment methods, and conflicts of interest are described in its Form ADV, available from the firm on request and through the SEC's Investment Adviser Public Disclosure website at adviserinfo.sec.gov.
